I read. A lot. It's just that I am a mom, and a homeschooling one, at that. So that means that I don't have a lot of time to do so, and I am often in multiple books at once.I have tried bookmarks, many times over, as place-keepers, but I have found, again and again, that the lovely tassels are a big temptation for little hands. So, I decided that I needed a 'plain' bookmark. After receiving an order from a company with a lovely reprint of a piece by Cezanne, postcard style, as a thank you card, I began using it as a bookmark. It has served me well, and doesn't seem as big a temptation for my little one to pull it out of the book. So, I love Monet, as well, and I ordered this book of postcards to be used as bookmarks. They're serving that purpose well. Every time I open a book, I get a miniature dose of fine art, which is good for the soul. They are of fine quality, and I would expect them to serve their original intent well, also. These postcards are nice and thick, and the color printing on them is vibrant and beautiful. Each of the postcards in this pack are different from each other, and cover a wide span of Monet's work. I'm sure they'd be great if you wanted to frame them, too! I think they're about 1/2"-3/4" bigger on both height and width than the standard postcard--but not so large that additional postage is needed (I don't think!).We recently stayed in a bed an breakfast and they had this little book of postcards on the coffee table. I wanted on, so my husband ordered me one on Amazon. Love it, I am going to put a collage of them all on my wall.I highly appreciate the fast shipping. I love the very good quality postcard books. I ordered 4 postcard books and I am excited to use it for postcrossing, worldwide postcard exchange club.Great reproductions!Great postcards for Postcrossing!ExquisiteI have been an art lover all my life. Even though I am not a great fan of Monet I do like many of his paintings. I recently purchased this Monet: a book of postcards with 30 cards. This book of postcards begins with a brief biography of Claude Monet (1840-1926) and is considered one of the greatest painters in the history of art. Some of my favorite paintings in this collection include the following: The beach at Sainte-Adresse, 1867, Sandvika, Norway, 1895, Water Lily Garden, 1900, Cliff walk at Pourville, 1882, Charing Cross Bridge, 1901, Boulevard des Capucines, 1873-1874, Woman with a Parasol-Madame Monet and her son, 1875, and La Capline Rouge, 1868-1870.If you are into the art of Monet you will want to have this book of postcards of his paintings.Rating: 5 stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Author: Never trust a politician: A critical review of politics and politicians.Pictures are bad quality - I thought it was 30 different postcards but it is 3 copies of 10. Also looks and smells as if it has been stored for many decades in someone's attic.BrilliantNo se puede llamar la postal algo tan fino, eso no llegarÃa bien ni a Toledo... impresión bien y colores bonitos pero no me sirven
