Dreadful wellies. Not fit for purpose. We have had THREE pairs of these this winter for our 4 year old son and none of them has lasted more than a month’s use. Problems have been at the seal (where the sole is stuck to the boot upper) and with the sole (wearing a hole). Wellies have one job - to keep feet dry. These failed.Was initially pleased with these wellies as the fit was indeed wide as described. However, after less than 2 months the seal became detached on both wellies and the trim started to come loose. Very disappointing as expected better from Trespass.Was initially very pleased, as the colour was lovely and they seemed to be good quality. However, they developed a split across the top of the foot after a couple of weeks and the vendor asked me to send them back to obtain a refund or replacement.I sent them back recorded delivery, clearly stating I wanted a replacement (not refund) but, one week after they had been signed for by the vendor, nothing had happened and no-one had contacted me. I chased them up and they told me they were refunding me that day. When I said I had already requested a replacement, they basically said it was too late and that I should purchase another pair.They did refund me in full, but after such poor customer service, I went elsewhere for replacements.The only down side of these boots is the leg length, they are short, as are many small sized/child sized boots. They are, like all the other Hunter boots I have had, flexible and comfy, a worthwhile step up from cheap vinyl boots. My boy loves them, what a joy to find wellies in his favourite colour. well done Trespass!. The boots arrived a little squished as they were posted simply in a poly bag, a box would have helped them survive the journey, but they were quickly despatched after ordering and arrived in good time. now - where can I find some in MY size....?The product did not last, terrible quality. I bought approx a year ago and they’ve really not had much use in that time. Despite this, the seams were coming apart where the toes bend, on both sides on both boots. No longer waterproof in the slightest. Resorted to plastic bags in the boots until I bought something better quality (I hope they last a lot better than these).They look smart enough, fit okay, just don’t last!
